Using Humor as a Strategy to Express Organizational Dissent

چکیده

Çalışmanın amacı, bireylerin mizahı kullanma biçiminin örgütsel muhalefet davranışları üzerindeki etkisini incelemektir. Bir devlet üniversitesinin çeşitli birimlerindeki akademik ve idari personel ile gerçekleştirilen bu çalışmada, memnuniyetsizliklerini bildirirken hangi tür davranışını sergiledikleri mesajı olarak kullanıp kullanmadıkları araştırılmıştır. 152 personelden gönüllülük temelinde toplanan verilerle regresyon analizleri sonucunda, davranışlarının sergilenmesinde etkisi olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bireylerin kendini geliştirici mizah tarzına sahip oldukları durumda açık stratejisi izledikleri dışsal davranışından uzaklaştıkları görülmüştür.
